We are powered by a solar micro-grid system which gives us power, refrigeration, EV charging and connectivity.
Shelter
Due to our remoteness our team and guests need housing, bathrooms, office spaces and cooking access.

Our property has three bore pumps, 24,000L rain tank storage, irrigation systems and 2,000L portable water trailer.
Waste Management
Breaking the culture of land filling most of our waste, we are exploring circular solutions for plastics and compost.
Disaster Management
Preparing for extreme weather events such as fires, floods, winds and sea level rise is a critical part of our planning.
Food Systems
The Research Station has an active food crop including 300+ fruit trees, trellising and raised garden bed zones.
